Frida s World is an interactive journey that invites parents and children of all ages to know more about the biography of the great Mexican artist, Frida and how she turned the challenges of her life into the greatest opportunities for growth and development. Frida created art, traveled the world, made friends and developed a unique style all because of the circumstances that she faced while growing up. Frida never gave up and never stopped creating the most amazing art! She became one of the most important and influential artist of the 20th century, besides becoming a Mexican pride with international projection who knew no limitations. More than a book, Frida s World is a stimulating, educational and exciting adventure that is completely bilingual in Spanish and English, a feature that allows children to practice and learn new words in both languages. The different options which are Autoplay , Narration and Read the Book allow kids who aren t yet reading as well as readers of different levels to feel comfortable with the App. Moreover, this motivational App allows kids to explore and feel proud of their own individuality since Frida was able to use hers to become an artist and to be worldwide known for her art and her own personal style.

Beautifully illustrated with colorful watercolors, Frida s World is designed to inspire kids to become better people no matter what the circumstances are. It is also intended to motivate kids to create their own art and to develop their own variations of the illustrations, hence, the accompanying fun coloring book.

Art is such an influential tool and vehicle for children to express themselves when they don t have enough words to say what they are feeling or when the words aren t simply enough to convey what it is that they want to say. Frida s World helps children understand that they can channel emotions through art and that all the great artists of the past and of our time have done the same with extraordinary results.

Frida taught us how to overcome hard times and express ourselves. No matter what, she smiled, painted, and created art to show us her world.
